My name is Adam Koch. I was born in Salt Lake and raised in a small town called Vernal. I am married to a wonderful person named Kelly and have 4 kids. I’ve been a full-time Realtor® since 2006 and have seen all that comes with a nearly 20-year career. I came into this business when it was white hot and hung with it even when the markets were falling. I’ve always found opportunities for my clients in every market type. I’ve enjoyed the lessons learned and the experiences gained through this incredible industry, but most of all I love the people I get to meet. 

I am an outdoor enthusiast and in my spare time you can find me on the trail, usually riding my mountain bike, but sometimes running or riding a moto up one of the many canyons that are just minutes away. In Utah, you have any kind of adventure at your fingertips, and that’s what I love about this area; it has so much to offer. Where else can you spring snow ski, golf, and even water ski on the same day? In Utah, there’s just NEVER enough time in the day to fit it all in.

Housing here has always been relatively consistent and sometimes even a little crazy but all in all, you can’t go wrong. Strong job growth, economic development, and recreation make for a solid foundation for homeownership here in this great state we call the Beehive State.
